Explore Burnaby Mountain while learning how to use maps, compasses and GPS, take weather measurements using specialized thermometers, and investigate the use of solar power on campus. Engage with the landscape around SFU, while learning more about what physical geographers do. This course is recommended to students interested in geography, earth and environmental science, water science, natural resource management, weather and climate, and anyone who wants to know more about the environments in which they live.
