Experience the life of a Computer Science graduate student at the Undergraduate Research Opportunities Conference (UROC). UROC is a 4-day, fully funded research workshop at University of Waterloo for undergraduate students in Canada who are considering graduate school. The conference offers students the opportunity to explore research through a series of group-work sessions tackling a mini project alongside a professor. Social events and panel sessions will allow you to connect with current graduate students and find out about experiences in graduate studies. UROC is open to all undergraduate students in third or fourth year.  Participation in UROC is selective; academic excellence is important, but creativity, leadership, dedication and diversity are also highly valued.
