Charmaine Carr-Harris, a recent master's grad from Simon Fraser University, won the Kendall Award from the American Fisheries Society for the best paper of the year in the journal of Transactions of the American Fisheries Society. The paper discovered migratory diversity of salmon smolts in the Skeena River.
