Helping Skills to Guide Career Conversations
A holistic approach to career conversations helps clients present their own career narrative effectively. In this course, you’ll learn to apply core principles of the helping process and practice rapport-building and active listening to identify clients’ career needs, strengths and barriers. You’ll also learn to maintain professional boundaries and recognize when to provide referrals while supporting your own and your clients’ wellbeing.
This course was formerly called Helping Skills and Group Facilitation.
