Effective fundraising programs and strategies are essential to the success of any non-profit organization. In this course, you will gain an overview of professional fundraising through exploring the strategies that non-profit organizations use to generate revenue, as well as an introduction to the tools and systems used to support the cultivation and stewardship of donors and supporters.

This course is designed for current or aspiring managers, program staff, board members and volunteers in the non-profit sector who are interested in becoming more familiar with the fundamentals of fundraising and philanthropy. This course may also be of interest to those currently considering a career change from the private sector to a non-profit environment.
