Eileen Cook is a published author with Simon and Schuster and HarperCollins. Her novels, which include The Almost Truth, Unraveling Isobel, and Unpredictable, have been published in eight different languages and have been optioned for both film and TV. Her young-adult novels have been finalists for the Crystal Kite Award (Society of Children's Book Writers and Illustrators) and nominated for the Best Fiction for Young Adults by the American Library Association. She spent most of her teen years wishing she were someone else, or somewhere else, which is great training for a writer.
