Jayne Akizuki

Jayne Akizuki is passionate about creating communications materials that make a positive difference. She is a video producer and communications consultant with extensive experience leading projects for governmental and non-profit clients including BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, Metro Vancouver, Providence Health Care, UBC Faculty of Medicine, Ministry of Children and Family Development, SFU Continuing Studies, BC Cancer Agency, Phoenix Children’s Hospital, CBC Television, and many more.

At BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, Jayne produced the Miracle Weekend telethon for 19 years and helped increase the annual fundraising totals from $5 million to more than $20 million. She is a former television news producer and a graduate of BCIT’s Broadcast Journalism program.
