Jeff Balin

With more than 25 years of business experience, Jeff Balin helps individuals and teams integrate core values, purpose and objectives into their work. A leadership coach and consultant for corporate, independent and non-profit clients since 2002, he provides individual coaching and facilitates meetings and workshops on topics such as team functionality and strategic planning. He also speaks and presents on leadership and professional development topics. Jeff’s previous roles include organizational consulting, team management, product/service development, business ownership and retail operations. For the past seven years, he has developed and delivered leadership and professional development programming at UBC’s Sauder School of Business.

Jeff has an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, studied at the London Business School and completed extensive training in transformational leadership and personal development. He received his coaching certification from the Coaches Training Institute and training through the Rockwood Leadership Institute. Jeff lives with his family in Vancouver.
