Norm Smookler

Norm Smookler has been a leadership and organizational development consultant for 25 years. His experience includes coaching,  facilitating, mediating and training for the Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO), a group of CEOs representing 10 per cent of the world’s GDP.

He specializes in trust building and feedback, and also designed the “Exceptional Leader 360 Feedback Tool”, which is used internationally. 

Norm co-founded a large construction company and served as CEO for the Grand Tea Master of Japan for 10 years and, at one point in his career, served on 15 boards of directors concurrently. He is certified as an adult educator, comprehensive mediator, leadership coach and YPO facilitator. He has been on several Standing Offers for the federal government since 2001.

He has also published a professional/personal development book and is an accomplished musician. Norm has four adult children and lives with his wife in Victoria.
