ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR, ENGAGEMENT AND SOCIAL ENTERPRISE

Michelle joins the Centre for Dialogue with 10 years of experience in the international development sector, working with different federal departments and civil society organizations. As the Centre’s Engagement and Social Enterprise Manager, Michelle works collaboratively with partners at the national, provincial and municipal level to design and implement public engagement initiatives on topics ranging from affordable housing to job readiness, and human rights to climate change. Through the Social Enterprise, she also leads projects to strengthen public engagement capacity, with a specific focus on inclusion, diversity and empathy.

Michelle has a Masters in Development Management from the London School of Economics and a Bachelors in International Development from the University of Ottawa. She loves meeting new people and eating foods from around the world.
