Discover your potential in shaping a better tomorrow
SFU's new School of Sustainable Energy Engineering (SEE) is the first of its kind in Western Canada, providing an interdisciplinary learning environment that will prepare students to become global leaders in clean technology. As a SEE student, you will have access to brand new facilities in a state-of-the-art building at SFU’s Surrey campus.
Join the next generation of leaders to help build a sustainable world
You will become industry-ready to work in high demand sectors such as cleantech, renewable energy, smart cities, sustainable manufacturing, clean power generation and utilization, and sustainable food and water solutions.
Immerse yourself in a unique interdisciplinary education
SEE will combine courses from other disciplines including the Faculty of Science, the Faculty of Environment and the Beedie School of Business to provide you with a unique and specific education on foundational engineering principles, design practices, current technologies, economics, and policies associated with the global cleantech sector. Through engaging learning environments, you will develop a multidisciplinary approach to solve problems, a skill that is in demand in the industry.
To ensure your success, SEE advisors offer a diverse range of services that will support you from today to graduation and beyond. If you're ready to plan out your SFU journey, or have questions about applying to SEE, you can email firstname.lastname@example.org to connect with an advisor.
