This talk will share 4 actionable tips to "manage your career" and give you tools to move your career in a direction that makes you happy.

Fundamentally, "managing your career" is about being happy at work, and moving your career in a direction that makes you happy and fulfilled. This talk will focus on what *you* can do to kickstart your happiness at work, whether you are starting up, already climbing the ladder or simply looking for a change: drive your career, embrace mistakes, build resilience, and acknowledge impostor syndrome.
