There is a shortage of tech talent in BC. To tackle this pressing issue, one of the solutions for employers is diversifying their talent pool, which is proving to have real substantial, quantifiable financial benefits. The challenge is eliminating unintended barriers to reach and engage diverse talent effectively throughout the hiring process.

At this workshop, the audience will learn to do just that, starting with the job posting through to the interview and assessment processes. This session is for those in HR and People & Culture teams, or anyone who is interested in learning more about inclusive hiring.
