Girls Exploring Physics presents FREE workshops for girls in Grades 9 and 10 held at the SFU Burnaby campus. These workshops include two hands-on activity sessions in physics. They also include a tour of the new Trottier astronomical observatory and a discussion of the career opportunities available to students who study physics at the university level. Participants will have a chance to interact informally with women physics faculty and students from SFU throughout the workshop and during the free pizza lunch.
