After Hours Service:
Direct's 24/7 Rescue Line is available to assist travellers who are in transit and require changes in reservations due to inclement weather, labour actions, equipment breakdowns or changing business requirements. As this is an after hours service only, we encourage clients to call the agency if they are seeking information pertaining to non-immediate travel.
