Wellness Days March 2023

We are so excited to bring back the Wellness Days event in-person again, with three days of programming, and lots of prize draws. Come join us! The goal of this event is to encourage staff, faculty and students down the path to a healthier lifestyle and to provide a means of awareness to the services that are available to assist them in their day-to-day lives. We also aim to build a community that positively influences the health and well-being of its members, and supports local businesses.

We hope you can take this time for self-care, creativity, physical fitness, and some puppy love! Yes, Dog Therapy is returning!

The Wellness Days will include activities (e.g. the long-awaited Dog Therapy, yoga), workshops (e.g. Seasonal Wellness, Art Therapy), and Wellness Fair booths (e.g. programs, services, local vendors with food and drinks samples). Want more details? See the three days of programming below.
