Free public event opens conversations about end of life

July 04, 2019

On Saturday, September 21, join our Liberal Arts and 55+ Program for End of Life Matters, a free education and resource fair at our Harbour Centre campus.

Following the success of the first End of Life Expo in 2017, this year’s event will feature presentations by six experts in their fields, covering topics ranging from green burial and end-of-life planning, to medical assistance in dying and estate planning in the information age.

The day will also feature an End of Life Marketplace where you’ll have the chance to meet representatives from a variety of organizations, including Bliss Cremation and Green Burial Services, Dying With Dignity Canada, People’s Law School and the End of Life Doula Association of Canada.

Admission is free, but be sure to register online soon, as space is limited.
