The role of assessments in career decision-making is key to helping clients make informed career choices. In this course, you’ll evaluate both formal and informal assessment tools and discover how to interpret and apply results. You’ll also learn to use a client-centered ethical approach in applying assessments to support your clients’ career and professional goals.
