Aaron Hoffman, PhD, is a professor of political science at Simon Fraser University. He is a leading expert on terrorism, counter-terrorism, political communication, U.S. foreign policy and international security. His latest work, The Terrorism News Beat: Professionalism, Profit and the Press, was published in 2025 by University of Michigan Press.
