Natasha Netschay Davies is president and owner of Moonraker PR, a digital PR and communications agency. She provides strategy, content development and new media corporate training to companies and non-profits on how to engage stakeholders and influencers using the most effective web, social media and mobile tools. 

In 2009, she established a social media department for Peak Communicators, B.C.’s largest independent PR agency. As director of digital and social media, she customized programs for clients including TELUS International, 7-Eleven Canada, Canadian Diabetes Association, and Coast Capital Savings.

Recognized as one of Canada’s first high-tech journalists, Natasha was a reporter for The Globe and Mail and Chatelaine Magazine. As an editor, she has developed and managed virtual newsrooms for dot-com darlings including Internet News and Stockhouse

For more than 15 years, Natasha has taught the intricacies of public relations and digital communications to students enrolled in government-funded initiatives, developed courses on digital journalism for the Art Institute of Vancouver, and taught web PR and writing at Langara College. At SFU, she teaches in the PR, digital and B2B certificate programs.  A sought-after speaker on all things related to converged media, she regularly gives speeches at events and conferences including BC AIM and CPRS.
