Tami Damini is an experienced vocational evaluator and rehabilitation specialist who holds a bachelor’s degree in social work, and is a member in good standing with the Vocational Rehabilitation Association of Canada (VRA Canada) and the College of Vocational Rehabilitation Professionals (CVRP). Tami holds the Canadian and International Certified Vocational Evaluator (CCVE/ICVE) designations and has been accepted as an expert by the Supreme Court of British Columbia.  

Tami sits on the board of directors for the Canadian Assessment, Vocational Evaluation and Work Adjustment Society (CAVEWAS), acting as the current president (2025–2027). As CAVEWAS representative for the VRA Canada BOD, she supports and upholds the principles and values of the vocational evaluation and rehabilitation professions. She has been a speaker at various national and international conferences to further educate both professionals and students in the vocational rehabilitation and related fields.  

Tami works as a vocational evaluation and rehabilitation specialist with an interdisciplinary team consisting of occupational therapists, kinesiologists, speech-language pathologists, and counsellors providing therapist and rehabilitation services in British Columbia and Ireland. In her free time, she enjoys camping, fishing and generally being outside. Travel and reading are also favourite pastimes.
