Arne Gulstene, FICB, MBA, GPC.D, ICD.D, recently retired from a 16-plus-year career with TMX Group, where he was head of TSX Company Services. While at TMX Group, Arne was the architect of the Growth Accelerator Program and the original author of this trading deck.
Arne is the vice chair of the Canadian not-for-profit organization, Governance Professionals of Canada, and consults with several private and public entities. His expertise includes corporate governance, AI governance, executive management, ESG strategy, investor relations, disclosure, corporate development, and capital markets. His blend of skills uniquely positions him to address the complex challenges today’s corporate leaders face.
