Linda Hogg

Linda Hogg is a partner in the Vancouver office of Gowling WLG (Canada) LLP. Her practice is in the area of commercial, corporate and securities law. She has extensive experience in providing legal services to clients in corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, commercial matters and proxy fights, and in advising public companies on all aspects of their regulatory requirements. Her clients include both large and small public and private companies in a wide variety of industries, including mining, alternative energy, technology and oil and gas. She regularly advises senior officers and boards of directors on corporate governance and ways to achieve their objectives within the requirements of corporate and securities law.
