Danielle Kershaw

As manager of employer and industry relations at Simon Fraser University, Danielle Kershaw connects early-career to senior-level talent with employers and career opportunities through academic, alumni and industry partnerships.

Bringing over 10 years of industry-academic relations, program management and coaching experience, her journey includes managing and coaching undergraduate and mid- to senior- level MBA careers at the SFU Beedie School of Business, designing interactive professional development programming, managing tech and gaming internship portfolios at the University of British Columbia, representing Impact Group HR to high-profile corporate clients and leading team-building keynotes.

An inaugural Stanford-based certified Designing Your Life Coach with an MAEd in career development, Danielle has also spent over six years as a sessional instructor for SFU’s Career Development Practitioner program, creating and leading national certification courses.

Danielle’s background in public relations, marketing and tourism equips her with an international perspective and a deep understanding of multi-sector partnerships and talent needs. She has lived and worked in New York, Paris, the Côte d’Azur and French Polynesia, is bilingual in English and French, and loves bookshops, travel and culinary cinema.
