Pam Khinda is a Certified Career Development Practitioner with more than 15 years of experience in the field, including employment counselling, workshop facilitation, case management and program management. She has worked with diverse client groups including at-risk youth, immigrants, people with disabilities, Aboriginal clients and other mainstream job seekers through her work with a number of prestigious employers, among them Simon Fraser University, Vancouver Community College, Douglas College and Richmond Youth Service Agency. She is especially passionate about helping immigrant professionals re-enter their professions.

Pam is currently the operations manager at VCC’s Continuing Studies department and is also responsible for overseeing various skills training programs offered through VCC’s Community Training and Development division. In addition, Pam is an avid learner who is currently enrolled in SFU’s M.Ed. program, and she's a recent graduate of VCC’s Provincial Instructor’s Diploma program. She has been teaching in SFU’s Career Development Practitioner Program since early 2010 and loves sharing her knowledge and expertise with aspiring new career development practitioners.
