Gemma Pollock, MScOT, BHK, Reg.OT(BC), is an occupational therapist with the Neil Squire Society. She works with clients in community-based and vocational settings throughout British Columbia and specializes in workplace ergonomics and assistive technology. Gemma works with clients with a variety of physical, cognitive, or mental health disabilities to provide recommendations for equipment or accommodations for them to enter, return to, or remain in the workforce. Most of the assessments and recommendations involve complex rehabilitation and assistive technology. 

Gemma also provides consulting on ergonomics, assistive technology and environmental accommodations to corporate businesses and community groups. Prior to working with the Neil Squire Society, Gemma worked in private practice occupational therapy completing case management, assessment, interventions, and return to work planning for individuals recovering from motor vehicle accidents.

Gemma is a registered member of the College of Occupational Therapists of British Columbia and is a clinical faculty member in the University of British Columbia’s Occupational Therapy program. She holds a master’s of science in occupational therapy from Queen’s University and a bachelor’s of human kinetics from the University of British Columbia.
