Lyne Moussa

Lyne Moussa is a seasoned HR professional with more than 17 years of experience. She has established herself as a respected expert in the areas of leadership development, occupational health and safety, remote work strategy, disability and absence management, mental health and employee wellbeing; always in alignment with the business purpose.

With a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges of the modern workplace, she understands the impact of organizational culture and leadership on workplace health and safety outcomes, as well as the design and implementation of effective wellness programs.

Lyne holds a bachelor's of science in biology, a degree in human resources management, and is a SFU alumnus with a diploma in rehabilitation and disability management.

She holds a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) Canada designation with further studies in mediation and conflict resolution, ergonomics, and leading a mentally healthy workplace.

Through her research, teaching and practical experience, Lyne is dedicated to advancing the field of human resources and promoting healthy, safe and supportive workplaces. Her lifelong learning supports her belief that employee health is a forever strategy, and she is excited to be a part of the SFU Continuing Studies team.
