Gordon Smith is an associate manager in the corporate finance division of the BC Securities Commission. Before joining the BCSC in 2006, he practiced securities and corporate law for more than six years. Mr. Smith was called to the BC bar in 2000 and holds a bachelor of laws degree from Dalhousie University and a bachelor of arts degree (Criminology) from SFU.
