Personal belongings
Valuables, coats, etc. may be left in the regalia room ad picked up no later than one hour after the ceremony.
Regalia
Reserved SFU regalia or black gowns can be picked up prior to the ceremony at Strand Hall 3101. Please return the regalia immediately following the ceremony.

Outdoor ceremony notice
Convocation ceremonies are held outdoors - dress according to the weather.

All ceremonies will be live streamed on YouTube at www.sfu.ca/convocation.
Transportation and parking
If you are driving to campus, we recommend that you park in the North parking lot. Parking will be free for participants in the academic procession for convocation ceremonies.

Event photography/videography
