Airline

Air Canada is the official Canadian airline for the conference. Air Canada is offering a 5% discount on standard fairs and 10% discount on flex fares and higher for people travelling within North America and a 10% discount on standard fares and higher for international flights. To get the discount you must book your flight at Air Canada and enter promotion code QVNBZ9Z1 in the search panel.

Passports & Visas

Passports

A valid passport is required for entry into Canada by land, sea or air for citizens of all countries.

Visas

For information about visas and entry requirements for Canada, visit their website. From outside Canada, contact the nearest Canadian Embassy, High Commission, or consulate in your region.

Insurance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. The policy should include loss of airfare/fees/tour monies through cancellation for any reason; failure to utilize tours or pre-booked arrangements due to airline delay, or for other reasons; medical expenses; loss or damage to personal property; additional expenses and repatriation should travel arrangements be altered in any way. This travel insurance is to be purchased in your country of origin.

Vaccinations & Quarantine

A valid international certificate of inoculation against cholera and yellow fever is required if passengers come from, or travel through, infected areas. Those travelling from WHO designated areas are required to be vaccinated against cholera. Check this carefully with your airline or travel agent.
