Statistical Approaches to Modelling Mortality Rates

In this project, we will investigate various statistical approaches and find which can be applied to the modelling of mortality rates and produce satisfactory mortality forecasts.

Requirements: Applicants need to be familiar with R (or Matlab) and Excel and good at writing. Both actuarial and statistical undergraduates are welcome to apply.
