Junior Judo (8-15 years)
Junior Judo is a recreational practice designed for participation from both parents and kids. The focus is to allow the children to participate in judo-based games, exercises, and activities, and to have fun while playing and learning judo. An extra more technical practice for experienced and advanced juniors is available Monday nights. If you are a returning or advanced student you can register for this invigorating practice.
Advanced Olympic Weight Lifting (16+ years)
Olympic weightlifting instruction will be provided by a fully accredited coach. All technical competitive lifts will be covered including the snatch and the clean and jerk. Individual component lifts such as the power clean, power snatch and push jerk will be involved in the training. Assistance lifts such as squatting and pressing will also be included.
