HOW TO REGISTER
- Create a new user account. Please be sure to fill in the form completely as it will be necessary for the registration process.
- Login to your account and scroll to the bottom of the page. Click the "Add Family" button to add your child(ren) as dependents.
- Select the camp(s) you would like to register for and fill in all of the requested information to complete the registration process.

A ‘Welcome to SFU Camps’ email will be sent out two weeks prior to the start date. The message will outline information needed to prepare your child for a memorable camp experience.
I created an account but the system did not send me an activation link. What happened?
Please check your email (including your junk folder). If found, please cut and paste the activation link into your browser. If not, please contact us during business hours.
I registered and paid for a camp but I have not received my receipt or login information.
If you chose to keep your email private, the system will block our communications. If you want to receive receipts and confirmations, please contact us during business hours to have your email unblocked.
In the online registration system, is there a maximum time limit for transactions?
Yes, the system will time out after 20 minutes. Any camps added to your account or basket will not be saved. If you are registering for several camps at the same time, we recommend you break up your transactions to ensure you retain your spot in a specific camp.
What if I don’t have a BC Personal Health number?
You can provide your personal health number from you province/territory. For international campers, please ensure that you have travel insurance.
