You'll explore the neuroscience behind time and energy management, including how our bodies respond to different types of stressors and the essential role of recovery in sustaining focus and effectiveness. These insights will help you recognize systemic patterns, support collective well-being, and build practices that enhance resilience for yourself and your teams.
