LEAD012
Coaching and Decision-Making for Effective Leadership
Strong leadership requires both the ability to coach and the skill to make sound decisions. In this course, you’ll learn to apply the GROW model (Goal, Reality, Options, Will/Way Forward) to coaching, practice listening skills to strengthen your ability to both give and receive feedback, and develop collaborative strategies for building thriving teams. You’ll also explore how a coaching approach can support effective decision making, as well as additional decision-making models and common barriers. Together, these skills will help you mentor your team members and improve team outcomes as you work together on shared goals.
