Feedback and Listening for Effective Leadership
Effective leadership depends on how well you listen and how skillfully you give and receive feedback. In this course, you’ll learn to reframe feedback as a tool for growth and practice using the SBIR (Situation, Behavior, Impact, Request) model to deliver clear, respectful feedback—and receive it without defensiveness. You’ll also build advanced listening skills to foster inclusion, bridge diverse perspectives and strengthen relationships, even in moments of disagreement.
