Debora Aragao

Debora Aragao is a project management professional with over 15 years of experience in IT and product development across industries including gaming, telecommunications, oil and gas, education and finance. She currently serves as a development director at Electronic Arts, where she leads initiatives focused on asset management, scalable pipelines and data-driven decision-making.

In addition to her industry role, Debora is an instructor in Agile project management and an active contributor to the project management community through her work with the PMI Canadian West Coast Chapter. She holds multiple certifications, including PMP, PMI-ACP and SAFe.

Her teaching approach combines foundational project management principles with modern practices, including Agile ways of working and the practical application of AI in project environments. She brings real-world examples to help students connect concepts of quality and risk management to today’s complex and evolving projects.
