Claire Gram is a population health policy and project lead at Vancouver Coastal Health. Since 2008, she has played an active role in the evolution of the work on healthy communities and healthy built environments developing in B.C.'s health authorities.
In addition to her work within VCH and as a Health Authority lead on provincial committees, she is one of the co-chairs of the BC Healthy Built Environment Alliance and was active in the National Healthy Canada by Design CLASP initiative.
She completed her MA in planning before finding her way into public health.
