Ivan Leonce

Ivan Leonce is a non-profit leader, educator and project management consultant with over a decade of experience leading programs and strategic initiatives across the social impact sector. His work spans healthcare, higher education, community development, child welfare, public health and sustainability—supporting projects at local, provincial and national levels. He is known for helping teams transform complex, ambitious ideas into elegant, achievable solutions where everyone knows their role.

Ivan holds a master of social work from the University of British Columbia and has served in executive leadership, senior management and governance roles across several non-profit organizations. He is particularly passionate about making project management more accessible and believes that the most effective initiatives are led by the communities most impacted by them.
