Ivan Leonce

Ivan Leonce is an educator, career coach and program management professional with over a decade of organizational leadership experience. From large public universities to small community health organizations, Ivan breathes life into projects, people and spaces—moving ideas into action by constructing plans out of possibilities.

He is the executive director of YouthCO HIV & Hep C Society, a non-profit organization providing peer support, education services, and leadership development opportunities to youth living with and impacted by HIV/HCV across British Columbia. Ivan is a big believer in the power of effective management and finds joy in supporting others in sharpening their skills to facilitate elegant solutions to the world’s most complex problems.
