As a certified coach she works with women to avoid or overcome burnout and stress, and hone personal leadership skills. Adrienne has an M.A. in leadership from Royal Roads University, and an adult learning specialization from the University of Victoria. She has had leadership roles on several non-profit boards, including the BC Organization Development Network and the Vancouver chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement.
