Adrienne White is an educator, leadership coach and consultant who brings senior-level experience from the private and non-profit sectors, specifically in performance improvement, communication, organization development and change leadership. She has worked in organizations that range in size from 72,000 employees globally to a staff of 14 people.

She is driven to share information that empowers, educates and inspires people. Her specialized approach to enhancing performance integrates the people side of change, adult-learning principles, social neuroscience, systems thinking and communication best-practices.

Having presented at conferences across North America in the areas of leadership, the neuroscience of change, strategic communication, and performance improvement, Adrienne has also designed and/or delivered courses for UBC, BCIT and SFU. As a certified coach she works with women to avoid or overcome burnout and stress, and hone personal leadership skills. Consulting work has helped her excel in strategic (and humane) layoff communication, and in facilitating programs that range from coaching skills for managers to effective communication and presentation skills.

Adrienne has an M.A. in leadership from Royal Roads University, and an adult learning specialization from the University of Victoria. She has had leadership roles on several non-profit boards, including the BC Organization Development Network and the Vancouver chapter of the International Society for Performance Improvement.
