Debra Wilson

Dr. Debra Wilson (BBA, MBA, PhD) is a human resources (HR) and organizational development (OD) consultant and industrial and organizational psychology (IO psych) practitioner.

For more than 25 years, Debra has helped clients in executive management effectively organize and manage their human resources strategies. Her work has spanned across several industries in all areas of HR, including recruitment and retention, compensation and benefits, training and staff development, and performance management.

Debra has a bachelor’s in business administration from the University of New Brunswick, a master’s of business administration, with a concentration in human resource management, from Royal Roads University, and a PhD in psychology, with a concentration in industrial and organizational psychology.

Dr. Wilson owns and operates a private consulting practice (DW Strategic Inc), where she employs her human resources experience, providing wide ranges of professional evidence-based HR and OD consulting services for clients seeking creation, restructuring, or “tuning” of their current HR systems.
