Statistical models for downstream tasks using pretrained language models

This project is to explore statistical models and computational methods  for solving some downstream tasks using pretrained language models. I will propose the methodology; the student will help me implement it and apply it to real data.  Applicants for this project should be strong in software development in popular programming languages  (e.g. R, Python, Java)  and be familiar with Bayesian statistics.
