Better Coping Skills is a group offered to students who are looking to make improvements to their well-being. Each participant will be asked to try a new goal this term that promotes healthier coping with student life.

Change is hard, but you don't have to go at it alone. This group is for students who want to make improvements and feel supported throughout the change process.
  • I want to spend less time on my phone
  • I want to focus more on physical health or nutrition
  • I want to be able to say "no" with confidence
  • I want to stay motivated with my deadlines

This 4-session group runs twice during the term and participants are encouraged to attend all four modules. If space allows, participants can continue in the second set if they wish to do so.
