At this group you can expect to learn about behavioral activation, anxiety and depression. 

Discover practical tools for mood, stress, and anxiety  and build skills for emotional regulation.

In this group, participants will cover:

  • Mood/Anxiety Psychoeducation
  • Behavioral Activation
  • Some CBT and DBT emotional regulation skills

It is offered over four sessions that can be joined any time. Participants must watch pre-requisite videos for missed sessions on Canvas.

Group content will repeat after four sessions until Dec 5. Join any session.
