Online communication channels, such as Blackboard Collaborate Ultra, offer many ways to enhance learning in both face-to-face and online courses; for example, by allowing guest speakers to deliver virtual lectures or by enabling students to participate in group work from a distance.
In this completely online workshop, you will learn about the many features available in Blackboard Collaborate Ultra and explore how they can be applied in learning environments.

Adding simple, content-based games to your course can not only make the learning process more fun for your students, but also support content recall. In this workshop, you will design a game to suit your learning objectives by prototyping existing board and action games such as Snakes and Ladders, Hangman and Scrabble.
This blended workshop begins with a self-paced online session, followed by two face-to-face sessions.
