Unconscious Bias: It's in our people and our processes

Are you biased? The uncomfortable truth is yes. All day long our brains are making quick judgements and assessments of people and situations without us even being aware. This is “unconscious bias” and when it comes to hiring, it often correlates to a lack of diversity within an organization which directly impacts performance.

In this session, participants will learn to identify biased thinking and the steps organizations can take to systemically tackle unconscious bias, including the role of technology as a practical solution to address the biases that are embedded in our systems and our processes.
