Site Visit Form

Completion of your Site Visit form on myExperience once your site visit has been arranged.

Site Visit with Co-op Coordinator

Participating in a Site Visit with the assigned Co-op Coordinator.

End-of-term Documents

Ensuring your end of work term documents are done by set deadlines. This applies to each semester you are on co-op:

  • Student Evaluation of work term
  • Supervisor Evaluation
  • Assigned Work Term Reports/Oral Presentation
