H. B. Jr., of the Fort Peck Nakota Assiniboine, is affiliated with the American Indian Institute which sponsors The Traditional Circle of Indian Elders and Youth (1). The Circle meets each year for six days to support a grassroots renewal of traditional values and worldviews among native peoples (2).
