Add an image within a poll
To add an image to a poll, click the Browse button to locate the saved image file that you would like to upload.
Then click the Upload button after you have selected it from your computer to upload the image into CEEpolls tool.
The image thumbnail will appear in the edit poll screen.
Save the poll to see the image size.
Image Recommendations
- Download the image as a medium size
- Use an image editor such as Paint (Windows) or Preview (Mac) and resize the image before uploading it to the CEEpolls, and check its sizing within the CEEpoll
- CEEpolls image file requirements:
- Files must be less than 10MB
- Allowed file types: png, gif, jpg, jpeg
- Images must be smaller than 800x600 pixels
Share a poll
You can share a poll you have created with anyone who has a CEEpolls account.
Step 1: Access CEE Polls
From the Rich Content Editor toolbar of a Canvas component*, click the plug icon to bring up the Apps menu.
*Assignments, Pages, Announcements, Discussions, etc.
Click CEEpoll and it will bring you to the list of all your polls in your CEEpolls account.
Step 2: Share an Existing Poll
Click on the three dots button under Actions and choose “share” option in the menu to share the poll.
The Share Poll window will pop open.
To share your poll, search for the person by typing their partial name (Computer IDs or emails will not work) and then click the search icon.
You can only share with users that have a CEEpolls account. In order to have an account, a user must have created a CEEpoll object.
Step 3 (optional): Send notification email
If you want to send a notification email to the person you are sharing your poll with, click Send notification email and you can then personalize the text in the message.
Click the Share button to send the notification and share the poll.
