Borealis AI, an RBC research centre dedicated to machine learning innovation, has appointed computing science professor and outgoing director of the School of Computing Science, Greg Mori, as research director of their new BC lab. Mori will head the research efforts at the newly established Vancouver lab while continuing his research and teaching duties at SFU.
